Trick your body into stretching properly learn common mistakes, and modifications when necessary. Learning ways to manipulate a stretch can help to achieve different results, helping to address muscle imbalance and dysfunction through greater flexibility.

Description: Break movement dysfunction by finding your weakest link. The body moves in patterns in which all muscles work together to accomplish an action. It is important to train muscles in movement patterns not muscle groups. An improper movement or imbalance leads to muscle compensation in other areas of the body. Left uncorrected, these compensations cause poor performance, inconsistency, and eventually chronic pain or injury. Knowledge is power!
