Physical Solutions strives to set itself apart from any other personal training and fitness organization. What we offer is unique to Calgary; a rehabilitation focused fitness system that combines your fitness goals with your exclusive rehabilitative needs.

Not only do people enjoy success with their fitness goals but also, they are rehabilitating and correcting dysfunction through exercise at the same time.  Our Trainers and Athletic Therapist’s educational backgrounds exceed that of most training facilities within the city.  Currently in Alberta there are no strict regulations on the level of training needed to become a personal trainer, making it very important to look into an individuals credentials before placing your trust and physical fitness in the hands of a lesser trained individual.

We strongly believe in educating YOU the client.  Elite athletes don’t become elite athletes on their own; they are elite due to help from a carefully selected team of coaches and therapists, they are not alone.  In our society we feel that we can do it all on our own, all we need is a gym membership or home fitness equipment, and a copy of the current fitness magazine which contains ‘the’ workout program.  We feel we can do it on our own without coaching, guidance, or education which is likely to result in unnecessary injuries.  Physical Solutions is here as a team to help educate you to understand what your individual body needs and requires.  Programs can include but not isolated to; athletic therapy, sport specific, advanced rehabilitation, personalized functional training and weight loss with nutritional guidance.
 
Sport-specific programs are for those who want to enhance their performance. We can help you improve your strength, flexibility, speed, power, agility, balance, and endurance.

Advanced Rehabilitation Programs are for active people who have been discharged from physical therapy, but believe they can continue to improve with additional professional help. We can help you improve your functional strength, balance, flexibility, coordination, and endurance.

Personalized Functional Training Programs are for people who want to maximize the effectiveness of their fitness program. We'll use our knowledge of biomechanics and functional training to help you getting fit, prevent injury, or speed recovery from injury -- including back pain.
