While these butt-kicking workouts create results for some, this is not the answer for all individuals. Often, two individuals who appear to have the same level of fitness according to typical fitness tests will not have the same results with the same exercise program. Understanding how people vary in body size, shape, strength, mobility, sensory acuity, cognition, experience, training, or even emotional reactions is essential for developing a program that truly works.
We admit we have a bias. Having worked in the rehabilitative side of the industry for years we’ve discovered many of our clients were healthy and fit and then something happened. They were injured, suffered an accident, started a family or life simply got busy. Along the way imbalances in their body occurred changing their body‘s movement patterns – leading to re-injury, pain or discomfort.
Most training programs, especially the butt-kicking ones, are not designed to rebalance and correct problematic, dysfunctional movement patterns. So, we’ve developed Lifeology, our Core Health Program, to fill in the gap. Lifeology combines functional biomechanical and rehabilitative training with core strength and cardio training to build a balanced program designed specifically for you.
Lifeology is about building total-body fitness and endurance and health for the long term. We put all of the building blocks you need into one simple program. You will learn body awareness and proper training techniques under the expert eye of a certified Athletic Therapist who acts as your guide, coach and motivator.
