Phase 3 is a commitment to the process of learning, experimenting & taking action to reclaim responsibility for your movement struggles. Health doesn't stop when pain subsides.

BUILD & PLAY THROUGH LIFE 

 

This is where you learn to apply all that you have learned thus far to every fitness class, sport, exercise or movement effort you choose to take on. Develop, build and challenge your body without creating problems or feeding compensations.

 

Move even further beyond your movement limitations and create strength and longevity. This phase includes access to it all; individualized one on one sessions, group classes, virtual live & pre-recorded challenges, support through live Q & A's, online essential education and a community that continues to grow with you!
