     What if I miss a call?

All live sessions are recorded. Replays are available within 24 hours.

     Do I need equipment?

No special gear. A chair/wall, pillow, and towel are plenty.

     Will this help with pain?

We focus on breath, posture, and nervous‑system safety so your body can change patterns without flare‑ups.

     Is there support between calls?

Yes — light accountability check‑ins and a private hub for questions.
