Care that supports Change - NOT just relief.
Most people don’t struggle because they aren’t trying hard enough. They struggle because their care is inconsistent. Bodies adapt through repetition, awareness, and time — not from occasional appointments when something hurts.
That’s why care at Physical Solutions is shifting toward a membership‑based model. Membership care allows us to:
-
Build consistency without overwhelm
-
Support your nervous system, not fight it
-
Progress instead of constantly restarting
After your assessment, we’ll recommend a membership option that fits your goals, capacity, and lifestyle — so your body can actually adapt instead of just cope.
Predictable care
Quarterly allocations reduce decision fatigue and support momentum.
Lower total cost
Member pricing and bundled time beats pay‑as‑you‑go.
Results that stick
Small, consistent shifts across a full year.
Choose the level of support that fits your body and life.
Designed to give you support when you need it most - and independence as your body becomes more capable.

FAQs
Quick answers to common questions.
Why do you use a membership model?
Because bodies adapt through consistency — not random appointments.
Most people don’t struggle because they’re not trying hard enough. They struggle because their care is stop-start. Membership creates structure so we can actually build something instead of constantly reacting to flare-ups.
Consistency > intensity. Every time.
Do I have to join a membership?
If you want ongoing care, yes — that’s how it’s structured here.
We always start with an assessment. From there, I’ll recommend the level of support that best fits your body and goals. Membership isn’t about locking you in — it’s about giving your body the rhythm it needs to adapt.
What if I miss a session?
Membership sessions are designed for consistency within each billing cycle.
They aren’t meant to be stockpiled or banked long term — because momentum matters. If something unexpected comes up, we’ll navigate it. The goal isn’t perfection. It’s progress.
Can I cancel or pause?
Yes.
Life happens. Memberships can be cancelled with notice, and one temporary pause per year may be granted for medical or major life circumstances.
This is structured — but it’s also human.
Is this more expensive than booking when I need it?
Usually it’s the opposite.
When care is inconsistent, people tend to flare, restart, and repeat the cycle. Membership spreads care out in a way that often reduces those bigger “fix me now” moments.
We’re building foundations — not chasing symptoms.
Do you still offer one-off appointments?
Drop-ins are limited and not the recommended path for long-term change.
If you’re looking for reactive, once-in-a-while care, this may not be the right fit — and that’s okay.
How do I know which membership is right for me?
You don’t have to decide alone.
That’s why we start with an assessment. We look at how your body moves, how your nervous system responds, and what level of support makes sense.
Then we choose together.
Is this right for everyone?
No — and that’s intentional.
This model works best for people who are ready for consistency and long-term change. If you’re looking for quick fixes, this probably isn’t your place.
But if you’re ready to build instead of restart?
You’ll feel right at home.
