Connect the Dots: Big Picture Movement in Group Classes
Rehab movements are most effective when connected to how your body moves as a whole. Our Group Classes do just that—combining small corrective exercises with the larger movement patterns you use every day.
In these sessions, you’ll learn to integrate strength, mobility, and flexibility, building a solid foundation for long-term movement freedom. Whether healing or enhancing your fitness, group classes help you move better, together.

One-on-Ones: Stay on Track
One-on-one sessions are key to your journey. As you progress through The Core Health Program, these sessions will become less frequent, giving you space to explore and apply what you’ve learned. Regular check-ins will keep you motivated, offer valuable feedback, and help spot blind spots in your movement.
